Vanya Panteleeva, Attorney-at-law, is a PhD practicing in the fields of administrative, financial and tax law. She also has experience in the spheres of commercial and banking law, property law, public procurement, as well as litigation. She is the chief assistant at the Faculty of Law of the University of Rousse "Angel Kanchev". She is principle in the academic disciplines "Tax Law", "Financial and Tax Law", Human Rights", "Legal aspects of Public Procurement".
Attorney-at-law Panteleeva is a member of the collective management bodies at the University of Rousse and actively participates in projects financed by national and international funds.
