Silvia Semcheva, Attorney-at-law, has extensive experience in various legal areas, including contracts, corporate law, finance, property law, and IP. Her experience includes civil and administrative litigation, ADR, and enforcement of court decisions.
Her areas of expertise include providing legal advice on a variety of issues to commercial companies and non-profit legal entities. Among those areincorporation, M&A, inheritance, liquidation and venture capital investments in early-stage.
Since 2015 she is a certified mediator and is officially registered as such since December 2023.
