Milena Gaidarska, Attorney-at-law, is head of internal working group in the law office, as well as of the specialized Real Estate working group. Attorney-at-law Gaidarska has a long standing experience in consulting domestic and international clients in the sphere of real estate and the realization of investment plans.

 

From drafting of agreements and comprehensive due diligence analyses to assessing the conformity with the legal requirements, she provides assistance with respect to all aspects of the construction sector transactions through valuable strategic advice. With a deep understanding of the industry's nuances, Attorney-at-law Gaidarska is head of numerous internal teams engaged with some of the largest company restructurings in Bulgaria.
