Ivan Markov, Attorney-at-law, has long-standing expertise in the fields of M&A, Banking and Finance, Insurance Law and Concessions. Attorney-at-law Markov has a leading role in providing legal advice and representation of corporate clients, including credit institutions and pension funds, in connection with the structuring and implementation of complex restructurings, mergers, spin-offs and acquisitions, as well as in matters relating to the trade of excisable goods.
Ivan Markov, Attorney-at-law, provides legal assistance also with respect to legal and regulatory requirements, obtaining licenses and permits in connection with banking, insurance and pension activities. Ivan Markov was one of the leaders of the team which has advised the largest M&A transaction on the Bulgarian energy market for 2018-2020 (and for the last 10 years).
