Ilian Antonov is a member of the “Antitrust and Competition” working group.

As a lawyer, he gained experience in the field of company and commercial law, being involved in advising on various legal issues, drafting legal opinions and documents in connection with the establishment, restructuring and change of ownership of companies, as well as in the successful conduct of the accompanying registration proceedings.

He has experience in the legal regime of non-profit legal entities. In his practice, he prepares legal opinions and advises associations and foundations on matters relating to their incorporation, the structuring of the articles of association, governance and compliance with applicable law.

Well versed and practically experienced in anti-money laundering (AML) enforcement, Ilian works on KYC checks, risk assessments and beneficial owner disclosures.
