Ilian Antonov is a member of the “Antitrust and Competition” working group.

As a lawyer, he has gained experience in company and commercial law, taking part in advising on various legal matters, drafting legal opinions and documents related to the establishment, restructuring, and changes in company ownership, as well as successfully handling the associated registration procedures.

He has experience in the legal framework of non-profit legal entities. In his practice, he prepares legal opinions and advises associations and foundations on matters related to their incorporation, structuring of their articles of association or founding documents, governance, and compliance with applicable legislation.

Well versed and practically experienced in anti-money laundering (AML) enforcement, Ilian works on KYC checks, risk assessments and beneficial owner disclosures.
