In his legal analysis he stressed as the most important the proposals related to the representation of traders, the possibility, in the event of omissions, the latter to be corrected before the refusal by the register, the personal data protection procedure, the company name, as well as the summary procedure for ex officio liquidation of the traders which were not re-registered with a view to the approaching deadline.
The event, attended by ambassadors, government and NGO representatives, as well as MPs took place on June 8th at the National Assembly. It was the fourth consecutive roundtable, organized within the project “Increasing the transparency and accountability of the Company Register” – an AmCham initiative, in partnership with other business organizations.
