LIC Penkov, Markov and Partners assists for the entry of EBRD in the financial group TBI
On 6 November 2003, with the assistance of Lega InterConsult – Penkov, Markov & Partners Law Offices a complex transaction was successfully completed, as a result of which EBRD gained direct equity share participation in the Bulgarian group of companies TBI.
The Bulgarian part of the transaction was concluded in the office of Lega Interconsult by the Director of EBRD for Bulgaria Mr. John Chomel-Doe and Mr. Evgeni Popov – Executive director of TBI Bulgaria.
