A meeting between Mr. Vladimir Penkov and Her Excellency the ambassador of Germany in the Republic of Bulgaria Mrs. Ursula Seiler-Albring was held on 26 March 2003 in the office of Lega InterConsult – Penkov, Markov & Partners Ltd.

Mr. Mitko Vassilev – President of the Business Circle of the German Economy in Bulgaria attended the meeting as well. Questions regarding the conditions for the German investors in Bulgaria were discussed during the meeting as well as the possibilities for their improvement.
